368.11 RIC – SCIENTIFIC STRATEGIC FIELD: “Industrial and civil engineering”

a) nationality of one of the EU Member-States;

b) participation is also open to family members of EU Member-States' citizens who are not nationals of a Member State but holders of  residence permits or permanent residence, or citizens of third countries who are holders of a EC long-term residence permit or citizens with a refugee status or subsidiary protection status;

c) compliance with military obligations, in case mandatory;

d) not having a criminal record which could prevent, under current provisions, regular employment relationship with Public Administrations;

e)  having civil and political rights;

f)  holder of Master Degree or Master's Degree (old system) pertaining to the Call's scientific strategic field. Candidates who have obtained a PhD or equivalent title pertaining to the strategic field mentioned in the Notice are not required to own one of the above mentioned Degrees/qualifications. The decision on the conformity of the PhD degree or of the Graduation certificate is left to the Evaluation Committee’s judgment. For Degrees obtained abroad is required an affidavit stating its equivalence, meaning that the equivalence must be such according to the procedure laid down in art. 38 of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001, whose templates are available on the Public Administration Department website. The candidate who has not yet obtained the equivalence document, must state in the application form that the request has been submitted. In this case the candidate will be admitted to the contest, provided that the equivalence of the qualification must necessarily be provided before the signing of the contract;

g)         having at least three years of post-graduate research experience at universities or qualified institutions and public or private research centers, national or international, in the scientific strategic field Industrial and civil engineering;

or rather

holder of the title of research Doctor pertaining to the aforesaid scientific strategic field;

h) knowledge of basic computer elements and the main application packages;

i)  knowledge of English language;

j) knowledge of Italian language for non-Italian candidates.
